This 20-Pin to 24-Pin ATX Power Supply Adapter Converter Cable will allow you to connect a standard 20-Pin ATXPower Supply to a 24-Pin ATX Motherboard Power Connector. The cable is especially useful for the new Pentium 4 Socket 775/T Motherboards that require a 24-Pin Power Supply.
NOTE: This is the cable you would usually use if you motherboard has the 24 Pin Socket on it, and your power supply has the 20 Pin Plug on it.

This 20 pin to 24 pin Adapter Cable converts your ATX 1.3 12V power supply (ATX 2.0 12V compatible) power supply to work with ATX 2.0 motherboards. ATX 2.0 motherboards come with 24 pin power supply connectors instead of 20 pin connectors. If your power supply only has 20 pins in its motherboard connector, it may still be 2.0 compatible. If it is, it can be used with a newer 2.0 motherboard with this connector.
